In nine years I navigated a marriage and a divorce, leaving a steady career, ending business partnerships, completing graduate school, multiple cross-country moves, living abroad for over a year, and the deaths of both of my parents, all while managing a chronic illness that the healthcare system was never designed to accommodate.

Nobody handed me a map. I built one out of necessity: through every transition that knocked the wind out of me and every time I had to figure out how to get back up without the support I actually needed.

I'm a Liberation Strategist, curriculum designer, and transition coach with over a decade of experience building programs, facilitating transformation, and supporting Black, Global Majority, chronically ill, disabled, and neurospicy people through the crossings that change everything. I created The Crossing because I needed it and it didn't exist. Now it does.

Name what's being interrupted, what needs to be released, and what has been silently costing you. Grief is welcome here. So is relief.

I am a Liberation Strategist, curriculum designer, and transition coach with over a decade of experience building programs, facilitating transformation, and walking alongside people navigating systems that were never designed to hold them.

I am also a Black Queer Chronically Ill Disabled Neurospicy Femme and a 4/6 Emotional Generator who has navigated more major life transitions in the last decade than most people face in a lifetime. I did not learn this work from a textbook. I lived it. I built frameworks out of necessity because the ones that existed were not made for bodies and brains like mine.

Through Sacred Disruption, I have spent over a year publicly naming what it takes to stay present and sovereign inside imperfect systems, drawing on Black Feminist Thought, Disability Justice, somatic awareness, and decolonial frameworks. The Crossing is where that work becomes personal, strategic, and yours.

I am not here to fix you. You are not broken. I am here to walk with you while you choose yourself without disappearing in the process.

What you might be wondering.

No. The Crossing is coaching, which means we focus on your present experience, your strategies, your forward movement, and what you need to get to the other side of this transition whole. If you're in a place where you also need therapeutic support, I'll always say so and help you find it. This is a companion space, not a clinical one.

This container was built knowing that chronic illness and neurospicy minds don't follow a consistent schedule. Sessions can be rescheduled. The pace is adaptive. What we won't do is punish your body for existing the way it does.

Career shifts, relocations, relationship changes, identity transitions, loss and grief, leaving harmful institutions, beginning new chapters, and any major life crossroads where you need grounded, strategic support to move through without losing yourself.

That's what the discovery call is for. 30 minutes. We talk. We both get honest about whether this is right. If it's not, I'll tell you. I will do my best to point you toward what actually is.
